We provide software on the site for indicative purposes only and you agree that you use that software entirely at your own risk.
In no event shall we be liable to you for any direct or indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or good will arising from your use of or inability to use the site or information on the site, data loss, damage or loss caused by any computer viruses or use of the software available on the site. We do accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
